Facial Reflexology
Improves health and wellbeing

Facial Reflexology
Facial reflexology is a non-invasive treatment which is based on the same principles as classical foot reflexology. The same reflex points on the feet are reflected on your face and, just like your feet, are connected to every area of your body. It is a wonderful therapy to improve your health and well-being by stimulating the body’s own innate healing systems and eliminating toxins.
Working on the face improves circulation and blood flow to the muscles, which releases tension. I use specific lymphatic drainage techniques and Gua Sha, to eliminate toxins, resulting in an uplifted and glowing complexion. Because we are working directly on the face and in such close proximity to the brain and central nervous system, we very quickly access the parasympathetic system, taking the body out of fight or flight mode, facilitating a deep sense of relaxation.
A luxurious hot towel cleanse using beautiful organic products, and chakra balancing is included in all facial reflexology treatments. I also teach you facial reflexology points and stress relief techniques for self-care, or to work on specific conditions in between treatments. This empowers you to take an active role in your own wellness journey and having these a little toolbox of skills doesn’t just help manage presenting symptoms, it gives you tools for wellness for life for you and your family.
